Haitham M S M Abdelhakim, MD

Dr. Haitham Abdelhakim is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialties in hematology and medical oncology. His area of interest is the prognostic model for acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome and improving efficacy of immune effector cell therapy including CAR T-cell therapy.

Dr. Abdelhakim completed fellowships in bone marrow transplantation and hematology and oncology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from Benha University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
